Rebecca Rivera, owner/director
"Miss Becky" grew up training locally in Sidney and Oneonta with the dream of one day opening a studio of her own to give back to her hometown community. She furthered her dance education at SUNY Potsdam as a dance major and founding member of the modern/Caribbean dance company, CariDanco, then continued into the field of Child and Family studies at SUNY Oneonta. She has been teaching throughout CNY/Catskills for the past decade, receiving numerous awards and accolades for her choreography. Currently, Becky spends her time pouring her knowledge and passion into her students at Studio B and serving as president & director of the non-profit youth ballet, Tri County Ballet. She is certified to teach through examination by Dance Masters of America, Chapter 8, where she is a current and active member. Becky is also an ABT® Certified Teacher, successfully completing the ABT® Teacher Training Intensive in Pre Primary though Level 5 of the ABT National Training Curriculum.


Mariah Piercedance instructor
“Miss Mariah” grew up in the Sidney area dancing competitively on a regional and national level. She has been able to perform in many unique places, including dancing in the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and in a production of “Suessical the Musical” in New York City. While at Studio B, she has choreographed many award winning numbers. Aside from dance, Mariah also enjoys playing basketball and tennis, and is an Education student at SUNY Broome. She is honored and thanks Rebecca Rivera for the chance to show others and express her love of Dance.


Amber Talbot, dance instructor
“Miss Amber” has been training and performing locally for over 20 years. She holds a Masters in Education from SUNY Oneonta, as well as a minor in dance. She was also a member and choreographer for Terpsichorean Dance Company and a model for Curtain Call Costumes. With several years of teaching experience, Amber combines her technique focus with cutting edge choreography. In addition to teaching at Studio B, Amber is also a 4th grade teacher at Charlotte Valley.


Korinne Wakeman, vocal instructor
“Miss Korinne” is an accomplished vocalist & actress from Long Island. She has studied under Florence Hechtel, Melissa Dell'Italia Jones, and Mary Lou Sang. She continued her training as at SUNY Potsdam's Crane School of Music, and later studied at the Berklee School of Music to aquire her Vocal Technique Certification. With her focus on education, Korinne teaches voice & acting classes at Studio B, as well as offering private vocal lessons at Korinne's Vocal Studio.
